How to Delete Your Floo Account

  1. 1Open the Floo app on your device
  2. 2Navigate to your Profile
  3. 3Tap on Settings (gear icon at top left)
  4. 4Navigate to Account
  5. 5Tap Delete Account and confirm your decision

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your Floo account, the following data will be permanently deleted immediately:

  • •Profile information (name, email, profile picture, preferences)
  • •Learning progress (skills, scores, achievements, statistics)
  • •Session recordings (audio recordings, transcripts, AI analysis)
  • •Conversation history (messages, room participation history)
  • •Authentication data (login credentials, authentication tokens)
  • •All other personal data associated with your account

Data Retention Period

No data retention: All your data is deleted immediately and permanently when you delete your account. There is no retention period. Your data cannot be recovered after deletion.

Important Warning

  • •This action is permanent and cannot be undone
  • •All your data will be deleted immediately upon account deletion
  • •There is no way to restore your data once the account is deleted
  • •You will need to create a new account if you want to use Floo again
